MLSS Frog Mario and Frog Luigi Sprites Sheet

The idea of the new Frog Suit and Frog Mario & Frog Luigi design was based on the Penguin Suit from New Super Mario Bros. Wii & Redesigned Tanooki Mario from Super Mario 3D Land.

From the Penguin Suit from New Super Mario Bros. Wii.

- The Penguin Suit not only had the ability to slide onto ice but could also swim better underwater just like the Frog Suit itself and shoot Ice Balls just like the Ice Flower (New Super Mario Bros. Wii)

- Even though the Frog Suit came from a suit, the new look for my new Frog Suit was based on the Penguin Suit but to also make the Frog Suit look a Suit.

- The idea for my New Frog Suit would not only be a redesigned look but also boost this suit up with new abilities like throwing bubbles (Idea based on Wart's ability even though he's a Toad) and the Power Squat Jump from Super Mario Bros. 2 (Frogs jump pretty high).

I did thought of adding Mario and Luigi's overalls outside of their Frog Suits like the Penguin Suit did but it didn't look right plus the original Frog Suit never had that and the new design didn't need that much changing.

The Redesigned Tanooki Suit Super Mario 3D Land

- The Idea for my New Frog Mario design was based on the redesigned Tanooki Suit from Super Mario 3D Land for example the suit now has a brim which the redesigned Tanooki Suit now has, plus a chest with a Yellow-Green as a 2nd color for the chest, brim and feet arch.

- I was gonna call Luigi in the Frog Suit "Toad Luigi" but there were a lot of reasons why I didn't.

1. Of course the character and Mushroom Kingdom civilian Toad exist even though the Japanese version they're called Kinopios, but bottom line that's one of the reasons why I didn't call this Toad Luigi.

2. Toad is different from a Frog because a Toad has a chubby body and short legs while Luigi is skinnier and taller than Mario and the Toad Suit idea would be perfect Wario if you get the point.

I thought that having the eyes to have expressions would make a great effect for the suit.

- Frog Luigi's color being different than Frog Mario's even though his main color is green was best to make a Yellow-Green based as a brighter color like Kitsune Luigi and also Bee Luigi from Super Mario Galaxy with the bee color yellow and brown being opposite.
